    Meet the Neurowave team and learn about our mission, opportunities, and community.

  2. Week 2

    Introduction

    In-depth introduction to the club's committees with new, former, and board members.

  3. Week 4

    Introduction

    Continue meeting club members and start brainstorming.

  4. Week 6

    Planning

    Begin LAUSD volunteer onboarding, brainstorm presentation ideas, and split into groups.

  5. Week 8

    Revise

    Finalize presentations and begin practicing.

  6. Week 10

    Practice

    Full practice run, final revisions, and a plan for winter quarter.

  7. Winter break

    Schedule

    Detailed plan for winter quarter volunteering goes out.

LAUSD volunteer sign-up

Every member who teaches needs an approved LAUSD volunteer account. Follow these slides in order.

Step 1: create an LAUSD parent/guardian account on the LAUSD website.Step 2: log in, open Resources, and apply to the School and Office Volunteer Program.Step 2 continued: submit a new application, then email your volunteer ID and TB test.Step 3: FAQ and contact emails for help with the LAUSD sign-up.
